Property plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative release.
